which prevents you from re-reading what you posted to ensure it looks okay (don't know if anyone else does this). Really annoying. Also, if I then make a change, and hit repost, instead of overwriting the original message as before, it posts it separately, necessitating you to go in and actually delete the older version. Maybe it's something with my work network, but this is a royal PITA.

Preview message can be used for checking it, nice feature that you are taken to the thread IMO

Makes you use preview more often. I Didn't like this at first, but have decided it's not bad now.
