any ferraris a stage II+ could hang with (say manufactured in the 1990's)?

Are you kidding!?!? Most of them, seriously.
348 runs low 14s maybe high 13s if you are lucky, 355 runs high 12s usually, testarossa is in between those 2. F40 and those crazy expensive insane type Ferraris are another story, but you won't run into many of those on the street. 456 isn't even worth mentioned IMO, it was Ferraris attempt at having a daily driver luxo cruiser ;p 550 would walk you a bit (~115mph trap), but still you could hang.

I remember test driving one before my mom got her CL. I much prefer the 355 and 550 look from the 90s Ferraris, even the 348 but I'd say I'm just partial as all hell.
