Not all.
I've sat in and driven my 00 S4 which arrived 10 days ago. (the dealer and I haven't worked out all of the purchase details yet .)
It is Light Silver with Solid Onyx leather interior. The headliner, like other S4's is the same onyx (it's really more like a charcoal colored suit). It has the birdseye maple trim as well. The silver color of the wood seems otherworldly, although after you stop focusing on it (i.e. focus on the ROAD), it seems to mesh alright. Definitely would NOT have been my first choice (must be a European thing). Carbon fiber or brushed aluminum seems more appropriate than wood with colors otherwise not found in nature.
Things I'm really looking forward to:
Better Cupholders (I travel a lot for work and eat in the car frequently!)
CD in dash!!
Sport seats!
Xenons!! (sorry canadian brethren)
Power passenger seat (wife really hates the manual crank in the A4)
Brake shudder (just kidding)
and...
good view of ///M3 in rearview mirror!!
I've posted my impressions of the test drive earlier on the board. Hope I sell my A4 soon!

Also saw a silver/silver leather at dealership
Wife and I agreed that the silver leather interior (with silver door inserts) looked out of place. Because only the seats and the door panels are the silver color and everything else (even the headliner) are black, the impression comes off like an aftermarket seat package that got yanked out of a silver interior car and dropped into the S4 (kind of like when you see a blue Impala driving down the street with a green door that they got from the local junkyard.).
But that's just a matter of taste. The leather is sweet and the color is great (more like a light gray than a silver - no glint or shine) it's just... lonely. If the whole interior were this color (like the clay interior on the A4) it'd be awesome.
