any sugestions on how to make my window molding stop sqeeking when i roll the windows down ?

Clean your window you dirty bastard! :)
Seriously though, I had that problems and it went away after I cleaned the inside of the window several times. Then I rolled down the window all the way so I could wipe the inside of the rubber molding down on the inside and outside of the car. After that, no squeeks.

I have taken 303 protectant and moistened a towel, then I peel back the outer portion of the rubber
and get the underside of the stripping as best I can (not as easy as it sounds, peeling that back can prove a mild pain)...then I clean the glass with spray away to get the 303 residue off the glass. Other than that, I dont think there is a lot more you can do besides keepin' that beauty clean!
