I already received my turbos from them on the June 8th but still waiting on the inlet pipes. Everytime I call, it feels like I'm getting the run around. I'll try calling Monday but I feel I shouldn't have too, is their customer service really this bad?

The week we got all those turbos in was pretty hectic, we had more turbos in the shop than inlet pipe kits and had to ship a lot of inlet pipes from the east coast. Unfortunately it looks like your order got mixed up with all the shipping. I'll make some calls Monday (not there on weekends sorry) and get a set sent to you, I'll try to expedite it as well (no charge to you) to make things happen a bit faster.
Sorry about the communication issues, we're training 2 new people and they're not quite up to speed yet.
