I go to Prestige. Stammler messed up my A4's dash.
While they offered to fix it no charge, the service manager didn't even apologize for it happening in the first place. My interpretation: customer service ethic was lacking.
Also, when you visit Prestige, you're more likely to see Audi test vehicles lurking in the parking lot. ;-)

Go to Prestige.They are a class act.....
Contact Trevor Stagar (service writer). And ask that Colin perform the work on your car. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about S4's. Colin will also take time to answer any and all quetions that you may have regarding your car. Tell Trevor that Todd Sent you.
