Anyone ever had a bad superlegerra or any O.Z wheel for that matter, out of the box? anyone know
what the warranty situation is like?
looks like one of my silver superlegerras was cast bad and wobbles...it needs 5ounces of weight to even start to get it to balance without a tire on there, and even then it still has a wobble to it.
TIA

So far been tested by three different places, the last of which does tons of race cars and are
considered the best in the area. they showed it to me on the balancer. wheels have only been on the car like two weeks.
any experience with the warranty of them?

Maybe you hit a pothole or ran over something that caused the wheel to go out of round?
In any event, you should contact the place you purchased the wheels and have them contact O.Z.

Been wobbling since the install though. I got them from Zev, so hopefully he can take care of me.
I guess worse case I have a slightly out of round spare and score a new one from tire rack or something.

Let us know how the situation plays out. We know SSR and Tire Rack offer no sort of warranty
but OZ actually states they offer a road hazard which equates to buying a replacement wheel at 50% discount. that's pretty good.
However if they are a new wheel, you would think they would replace it with no issues. Please let us know, it's nice to know how the various wheel companies stand behind their product.

I will for sure, Zev is checking on the warranty on monday, and in the interim, I am going to snag
another one to run with while the warranty issue is being sorted out, and in the end have a nice OZ spare, which I probably should have done in the first place.
Hopefully Zev can take care of me...if they have a %50 road hazard, that would even be acceptable if I had to cover half, although I would think with a brand new wheel they would hook me up.
I'll keep everyone posted.
