Anyone ever thought of putting those X10 cameras in car? (followup on yesterday's posts)
I know a lot of you are sick and tired as I am of our cars getting scratched or gouged in the parking lot or garage.
Has anyone ever thought of putting those widely advertised X10 wireless cameras in their cars as a monitor?

it might be hard to catch license plates, etc. with it
you'd also need one for each direction, and then wouldn't there be the risk of getting nailed for illegal surveillance or some such crap?

I think the standard is "reasonable expectation of privacy" and I don't think there is any in a parking lot, so you are probably ok video taping people there.
