anyone have a good replacement for the shifter trim piece?

anyone have a good replacement for the shifter trim piece?
my black plastic/rubberish shifter trim plate around the shifter is all beat up....what are my options? i know carbon fiber but i think it would look out of place in my car. thanks

same.. i was just going to get a new one at the stealership.
then doing a mat-flat black paint over it,so it wouldnt scratch up, like the oem finish, but still would look the same

yea im looking for something different if possible. before you buy another one check out the tech articles theres one on how to repaint the piece.
