Anyone know how to fix the headliner rattle? Or even how to remove the headliner?

This is driving me f'ing nuts! It sounds like it's coming straight from where the sunroof controlls end (sunroof side).

Default Don't know how they did it, but my dealer took the whole thing apart and taped/insulated it...

...reduced the rattle by about 75%, but it's still there ; (

Default Same thing happened to me...

I had a rattle that sounded like it was coming from the sunroof area, but it turned out to be just in front of the B pillar above the door on the passenger side. The guy said he took off that section and lubricated it. Like the other guy, it still rattles but only about 25% of the time.

Default Same problem here! Happens when there's body flex...

...like when I go over speed bumps. It's not like a usual rattle, where some piece of plastic/metal vibrates. It sounds like a loose piece of plastic (airbag?) that's rubbing against another one.

I'm able to reproduce the noise by tapping on the roof trim above the window and right in front of the B-Pillar, on the passenger side. I had a Boomerang tracking device installed in my car when I bought it, I hope that's not where they hid it...

Default Dealer fixed my problem... (m)

It was a clip holding the airbag that was loose. The guy had to remove the roof trim to fix the problem and he broke the right B-Pillar cover while removing it... a new one is on order (for free, of course).

Now if I can figure out how to fix that annoying squeaking sound my glovebox is making...
