Total: 210ish. 184 stock+ 25-30hp for all mods combined. Good for mid 14s.

imo, that car will never reach mid 14's with those mods.

Default No way, I had an intake and exhaust on my e46 328i...
Absolutely no change in performance. The e46 exhausts aren't even cat-back. They are just the muffler with about 2 feet of piping. No way that car could break into the 14s. That's why I bought an S4 a year later

Don't forget the chip too...if there is a chip for the 325.

Don't forget the chip. Also, I've run a few modded 325s, they aren't that slow.

Default Chip does nothing for those cars... MAYBE 5 HP
And that was for the 323 and 328. I'm not sure about the 325, but Dinan advertises zero hp increase for their 330 chip. You only get about 300 extra rpms on the limiter.
