Anyone know a source for new sleeve clamps (connect DP to catback) for Milltek 3'' exhaust?

Anyone know a source for new sleeve clamps (connect DP to catback) for Milltek 3'' exhaust?
I was just informed that the stock 55mm sleeve clamps will not fit. Does anybody have a source for a replacement? Thanks!

Here's a pic, it's for the Y-pipe which connects to the DP's. Those two pipes from the Y are not

a full 3'' I believe. However, once they merge into eachother it's a full 3''. So the 60mm (2.36'') ECS band clamps should be able to clamp the larger than stock two pipes off the Y?
I was told the standard OEM sleeve clamps won't fit, but I want to make sure that those 60mm would be ok as well.

Thanks, this is for Faiz who had bought my Milltek. I had to torch off one of the adapter sleeves
since it was stuck on one of the DP's and was not coming off. He heard through somebody that the OEM size won't fit, but this 60mm option seems to be a good option.
