Default Anyone know the VAG code to change the equalization of the Bose for better highs and lows...
and does this do the same thing as reconfigering through the radio using the "hidden eq" method?

If you have a sedan, try De-Bosing. VAG: 00107. Does work as well on Avants for some reason.

Default I think it's just the matter of preference. I didn't like "boominess" that 00107 brought on my sedan
so I re-Bosed it. Others like 00107 very much

Nope. FWIW though, I've never tried to de-Bose but I like having the hidden-eq set at 76567656.

Oh yeah, it's not the bass that impresses me, it's the remove of the lame Bose settings.

No highs, no lows, must be Bose as they say. Shut the Bose off, makes a big difference.
