are you taiwanese? if you are, then its free....
for taiwanese, you are allowed to bring in 1 car in your whole lifetime. unless you brought one in previously...then i dont really know..i can ask....

What if it still has a lien on it? Also my fiance is Taiwanese but we are getting married b4 I
would bring it there.....would I have to transfer it to her name, to do it?

I think you still have to pay tax, however, the rate is much lower. And...
You must have owned the car in the States for one year before you are eligible to ship it to Taiwan. Just get an RS4, forget S4........ my friend just orded a RS6. Good luck, email me if you need aything else
