Casablanca White S4

Ok I posted it on the A8 board and still haven't got a respond I have a patient that has this problem and was wondering these 2 things... How do I get the middle of the cluster to turn back on I know how to do it on my S4 but seems to be different on hers... She said her battery died because her mileage light and time stays on in the cluster also, how long does that usually take to go out?

On the right stalk there is a 'reset' button on the under-side of the stalk. That should turn on the center of the dash.

A8 boards don't have that much traffic. Usually post a Q and wait 2 hours for response.

If the cluster lights stay on, there is a reason. Hmm. Door lock..maybe? Something is not going to sleep after closing/locking the drivers door.
