Is APR the only one that offers flipswitch?....
I'll be driving my car for work a lot and want to keep it in stock mode but I want to be able to switch to chipped from inside the car. Any other options?

GIAC X also can do that, but the upgrade is hard to obtain, ask AWE
if it is avaliable (it wasn't about three months ago, NOT AWE fault), probably best to go with APR if you want to switch back and forth.
