Default runing LEAN looks like !
and also the electrode tip looks melted a bit..
how many miles on those plugs (a LOT) ?

advanced timing would cause rich, not lean. boost leaks can cause lean though

Default timing has nothing to do with fuel ..
if not enough fuel it will detonate (ecu will pull timing back)
