Default Note that Castrol Syntec 0W-30 is missing from the 502 00 list ...

Default They are all 5W-40's, and a couple of 5W-30's, No 0W-30's on that list.....
And isn't the 503.01 a much tougher standard to meet than 502.0 ?

Default Nice find. So what would be better to run in a stage 2+ car 5w-40 or 0w-40?
Basically i don't understand the difference between weights and when which is best to use...

Isn't 503.01 just the long life standard? 502 is the HTHS&gt;3.5 standard. IIRC 504 replaces 5

Default It's supposedly a newer standard for the RS4, TT and S3 with outputs of >180bhp
Only a few oils on it. GC 0W-30, and M1 0W-40 are two of them.
