ASP DP question- I think I have a DP rubbing. I was wondering what position the O2 sensors...
are in for those of you who are running the newer style (200 cell cats, v-band clamp) ASP DP's? Mine are pass side at 12:00 and driver about 2:00 or so.
They were really tight on the install and I think I need to tweak them a bit to get them right. I am pretty sure that they are rubbing and I think it is introducing some vibration into the cabin.
Also, for those of you running them- how much clearance do you have?

3/4" I would say, Its not alot mind you. I think they are in there as tight as they can be and
still fit. Are you getting a rattle all the time? Only when hot?
I notice on mine, if I drive it real hard, get it good and hot. It will rattle just a touch at stop lights when at idle, but thats it. If what you have is more than that I would say it needs some tweaking.

I think they need some tweaking- I have maybe 1/4" (probably less) on the drivers side when cold...
I need to start it up and look under there to see what is going on. I just got it back together Sunday late.
I have a lot of things going on though- ASP engine and trans mounts which are transmitting more into the car as well.
The car just needs some shaking down.
