What car do you like to better? The Nissan Z or the S? I'm a huge nissan Z fan! A couple of my friends have some! Really really nice ones! I have a buddy who has a black convertible with painted black lights and a wings west body kit sitting on 19' Niche Geffel's(sp)! Also another buddy who has a a white one with a very very pearly paint job and is running close to 500hp in his car but should sky rocket when he upgrades to ball-bearing turbos! Then theres my brother witha blue one that he bought hit from Alabama! It has 27k original miles on it! The engine is removed and the whole interior is removed! Everything was sprayed down to sound proof the whole car! Now all he has to do is figure out how to put the stupid engine back in! Supposed to get help soon!

Default i do miss my twin turbo Z....

w/ over 320 rear wheel hp it could certainly give my x-chipped S some serious competition. i had a lot of mods done to it also. i just got a call last week from the kid who bought it. he's now selling it to buy a house.

i particularly liked being able to chirp the rear tires in 3rd gear. when Todd from AWE commented about how the K04'd Avant just pulls and pulls...all i could think of was my Z. it would pull and pull all the way to 140 mph (never went any faster than 140).

as far as styling goes, there's no comparison between the 2-door Z and 4-door S4. they are just completely different cars. to me the Z always looked sexy from any angle.

if i would have had a 2 car garage, we would have kept the Z after we got the S.

Default $2,000 in mods to a Z will yield 420hp easy. You can go 500hp without breaking a sweat and

would only cost $4,000-$5,000.

A modded Z will smoke any K03 S4 any day of the week.

Hmm not the most reliable car.. Not the greatest electronics. Was my favorite for a while, over it!

Default bad experience?

i owned two Z32 Z's. i only had to replace the stupid Bose radio a few times in the first one under warranty.

other than normal maintenance i never had a reliability issue.

specifically the turbos are fantastic - Garrett T28's if i remember correctly. i know guys running over 120,000 miles with a chip and still have good original turbos....puts the S4 turbos to shame really.
