Default Audi of Rochester Hills service dept, any good?

Anyone entrusted them with their baby? I'm tired of taking my S4 to "some other" Detroit area dealer and not getting my problems resolved.

Current issues with the car, a 2000 S4 with 38k miles:

Inside shoulder of the two front tires are severly worn, one more than the other. Tires only have 6000 total miles on them. I had complained that the car didn't seem to track straight and wandered when approaching, erm, well, when I was going fast. The tires also seemed to be quite noisy. I paid $128 for an alignment and 6000 miles later the inside shoulder of both front tires have gone completely bald.

Clutch seems very weak. Doesn't grab until the last inch of travel and occasionally slips. They told me that I just wasn't used to a "self adjusting clutch". Yeah, whatever.

Thanks for any feedback.

Tom

Default Lavery is worse than them, trust me.

I've had -awesome- luck with RH Audi compared to Lavery. Not that my service experience was 'great', but it was much, much better than Lavery.

It's worth it just for the loaner car alone. Lavery only gives loaners to folks with A8s.

What kind of tires do you have? My Potenza S-02s never tracked straight and were extremely loud.

Lavery was good to me. Then some people left and I think it went to crap. I'll still buy mine there though.
