Don't be such an a** about this. Finding these may
not be so easy. I don't even think they exist. If you found them, you should post. If you haven't found them or even looked for them, don't offer any advice.
I have searched for them and have friends who live in Germany and are Audi fans. They too can't find a model of the B5 S4 (in sedan form). They can find the RS4, but that of course only came in Avant form.

No Audi S4 models are manufactured in the world.
I visited the Musium Mobile in the Audi Forum Ingolstadt.
There is a place displaying miniature cars in the musium. They display Audi cars including A4, RS4 etc, but no S4 there.
They display an S4 photo instead. I was disappointed when I found the photo, and it was among reasons I bought an RS4. I have a miniature RS4 now and happy.
