Audi says NO warranty on my "abused factory shocks"!!!!!
I'm at 23k miles, the shocks were marginal 8000 miles ago when I hit the oil pan ($850). I just took tires off that were cuped/feathered. I don't want to ruin more tires and don't like floating like a big boat on the ocean in my $40K car. I went to the dealer "Rusnak in Westlake" who says they won't cover them due to abuse.
Abuse = Driving from Westlake to my home at the top of Decker Canyon Road and back is a manner appropriate for a sports car.
Am I getting fu**************aafjasdklfajsfdklddddddd? or what.
Can Audi market a car as a sports car, sell it to me, then say "oh you drive to fast!!!!!!!
All I want is replacement shocks.

Well I've got an issue with the shock......
I'd rather drive a Honda!
"S" is for stupid, either there's a warranty or there isn't, bunch of liars. They market the car as a sports car, charge for Sports, but if you drive in anything but first, SCREW YOU!

Do you have aftermarket springs? I don't understand how you abuse shocks! What happens to people
like me who live in NYC. Why was your oil pan $850.00? I just had mine replaced for about $316.00 (including labor and oil). Somebody is really screwing you.<p>00' Blk/Blk S4
