Audi Service Misconduct
I was wondering if anyone else has expirienced problems with the service at Prestige Imports in Miami Beach. I have one personal expirience I would like to share. On Thursday, March 28, I picked up my S4 from Prestige Imports. When I got home and put the windows up I noticed that there was a stench in the car. When I investigated a little further I noticed that someone was eating in my car because they had left fries on the floor underneath the passanger seat. I took my car in for a faulty temprature sensor not as a loaner for lunch pick up duty. When it comes to service practices at Prestige Imports as far as i am concerned buyer beware.

Thats nothing, another South Florida Dealer broke my car...
I wanted them to diagnose some issues and since I had a little work done, their guys must have taken it out for the mother of all test drives. On the way home, my turbo started making noise... On top of that, they wanted me to sign some paperwork saying that since my car was chipped, that I was responsible for the repair. I would have preferred french fries under the passenger seat...

A VW datapoint from years ago
Some 14 years ago whilst in Columbia South Carolina for the summer I took my 85
Jetta GLI in for 30K service. When I picked it up the car reeked of cigarette smoke.
Complained to the service manager who looked at me like I was from another planet,
which I was as far as he was concerned as I had NJ plates. Permanent loss of business
from me for his dealership.
Back to your problem. You have a legit complaint. Take it up with the service manager.
At least get an assurance that it will never happen again and maybe get a detail
or a credit out of it. Otherwise take it somewhere else in the future.
