Audi Symphony came with 6 disc changer..correct?
I'm looking at an 01.5 Silver S4, I'm almost 100% positive when I test drove it that on the cassette deck it said audi symphony. When I called today to confirm the car had 6disc changer he said no. Did all audi symphony's come with 6disc? Were they all bose? Were the regular Audi Concert's bose as well with no 6disc? Were both amplified stock?
If it did have a changer stock, I'd assume before the car was brought back after lease he sold it or something. Should I demand they install one before the car's delivered to me? |
changer was an option.
|
so audi symphony was an option, then the changer in addition?
|
Audi Symphony-only-radio/single cd/cassette - changer in the trunk - optional
|
gotcha, thanks man. so only symphony was Bose correct?
|
i though the changer was an option on concerts, and came standard on symphonys
|
No, symphony was standard, changer an option.
|
no way. symphony was an option.
im 99% sure of this. concert was standard.
symphony(bose) was optional w/the 6 disc concert was same headunit but no bose, and no 6 disc. im sure you could get a 6 disc on a concert, but it was standard on bose. |
Bose was also an option. Same Symphony deck however
Bose added better amp and speakers. Did nothing to the head unit.
You can tell if it has Bose when you turn the stereo on it will say Bose. There are also Bose badges on the speaker grills. |
really? weird. i thought bose came on symp systems.
i learn something new every day
