I was under the impression you can only transfer your B &amp; A liscence, and 100k credits.

Default When you first load the game on your PS2 memory card.......
in the formatting process, it asks you if you have GT3 info on that card, and if you want to transfer any of it.

Actually, you can just do it from your 'home' at any time.. But only once!
