Default Bad dealer experience I had clutch replaced at the dealer...

In January of 04 at Towne Motors NJ and the car did not feel right when I picked it up and within a week I noticed an oil leak.

I complained to the dealership and they pretty much gave me a run around. So i took it to another Audi dealer and was told I had to take it back to the 1st dealer. To make a long story short I know have a car that under WOT will not shift into 2nd unless I slow down and then pull the clutch pedal up with my foot then shift. Also does this in 3rd under WOT. (this just developed in the last 2 months)

The dealership says before they can do anything I have to replace the clutch. This really pisses me off since I have been complaing about problems for over a year and the dealerships I have gone to have done nothing. So I have a leaking rms and a car that wont shift properly.

Now that this has developed I have to find someone to do the clutch and flywheel and I may as well have the timing belt and the waterpump done since my car has 64K on it.

I am in NJ and will travel to get this work done. Anyone here want to tackle the job (paid of course) drop me a line. I wont go to the stealership anymore!

All those places are great, but really make my wallet hurt. I have to stop being so cheap...

Default i dont know about induktion's pricing - AWEs is up there because theyre AWE though, theyre

widely recognized as an excellent shop and people will pay a premium to have work done there. The work I had done at Autospeed ran me around 75% of what AWE quoted me, and Mark did a great job - not to mention that he explained everything to me as he worked. Cant go wrong with either shop, IMO.
