Battery changing FYI - Stock Battery replacement
 

Just thought for the STFA's I'd toss this one in there. I just changed my battery with a stock battery as I didn't feel like spending the $ on the lightweight one. I ended up picking up a replacement from the dealer which was already charged and ready to install.

Couple things:

Cost: $99.95 at dealer. DieHard Int'l was listed at $115 and the Interstate version also > $100.

Size: Direct fit (duh)
Radio Codes: Did not need them
Time: 30 minutes

Also changed my cabin air filter to a VW passat charcol filter while I was there. It was very expensive > $75 so I'm not going to bother listing the PN here. I'll just get a Bosch one next time.

the DuraLast in my pic poster was $70ish, higher rating, longer warranty.
 

dealer wanted 130 or so. bwahahahahahahaahahah NO.

Just got the same one today ... fits perfect.
