would not be coverd by CPO or any aftermarket warranty. But if you are still covered somehow by orignal factory warranty, talk to the GM of the dealer and tell him about the fraud statutes in your state and then discuss an out of court settlement. Audi dealers (in general, there are some excellent ones) suck! There must not be much profit in selling Audi cars, as it seems the Audi Service departments are always trying to screw people over.
