Default Been STFA for an hour trying to find old links to driving schools at Watkins Glen and Limerock

I am planning to do a school in the spring and neither of the tracks have anything listed in their event calendars...

I've found an ACNA event at VIR in April, but want some alternatives..

Thoughts?? Links??

Default The Genesee Valley BMW chapter has 3 schools at Watkins this year.

They do a great job with them as well. The dates are:

May 13, 14 at Watkins Glen
August 30, 31 at Watkins Glen
Sept 30, Oct 1 at Watkins Glen

And, for the first time ever, we are going to put on a school at a different track. That's right, our 4th school will be held on July 25, 26 at Mosport Canada.

I can forward you the e-mail if you'd like.
Hope to see you up here!

Default Never been to Thunder Road but I know first hand that Limerock is excellent.

Use to live 10 minutes from Limerock and once did a few laps in a Viper back in '95. Here's their schedule

CLICK

Default Sure thing...

I am still in "data gathering" mode...

I am looking for an instructional, two day.

Key points will be:

* Open to any car make/model
* At least three track sessions per day
* Within three - four hours from Long Island
* Prefer a weekend, but as with the ACNA event, a Sunday/Monday would work too
* May or June would be best

Driving schools or driving events? I took a Skip Barber course at Limerock this past summer.

Default Lol . . . it was def there a week ago . . .

Been looking at doing the SCDA event on May 1st-2nd . . . unfortunately I have finals that week. Bleh.

My buddy who used to frequent there all the time tells me that the BMW events are actually the best.
