does that come with the brackets and junk? this is from neuspeeds website and it comes with a lot

They just copy and pasted from Neuspeed's website. how come they didnt take their picture also? i
find it hard to believe that they sell it for $230 and Neuspeed sells it for $330. Thats a huge price difference
