You have a lot of options...

Pretty much everything but the forged wheels like Fikse, Volk, and HRE can be had for under $500/ea. My 18" favs are:

BBS RC
BBS RXII
Sportec Mono 10
OZ Chrono Evolution
SSR GT1
SSR Competitions
Oettinger RE
ABT A24
ABT A25

I paid $460/wheel for my Volks TE37 18" silver. No haggling. 2 years ago though.
