I had a problem with a ticking noise coming from my passenger side DP. Frank told me to bring it down so they could check it out. After some poking and looking with not much luck, he figured it would be easiest to pull it. Pulled it off, and the pipe looked perfect. Turned out being a loose wastegate bolt, causing the flap to rattle. Frank tightened it up for me, threw some thread lock on (luckily none in the eye) and buttoned it all up for me. They could have raped me on labor since it was'nt related to their product, but lets just say they were MORE than fair.. Thanks again,Frank and Mark..

If this is the one with the RS6/K04's then that explains the slow trap speeds.
