This is probably beaten to death, but my friend is trying to convince me that a blow off valve would work on our cars. I've also heard that without fuel considerations (through reprogramming the ECU, etc.), the car won't run properly. Needless to say, I'm somewhat skeptical... But if it works, I think it would be kinda nifty, and I'm sure there would be some interest. =) So, can anyone tell me for certain, if this idea of just making an adapter and putting on blow off valves would work?

Also, if someone is in the Milpitas/San Jose area, TurboXS would be interested in looking at your S4 for the feasibility of the project. They seem interested in trying it out... Just drop me an e-mail.

.... and plug the unused hose stub. There shouldn't be any noticeable change in performance.

People on the board said that loss of already metered air discombobulates the ECU (my technical understanding of it).

the smartest mod. Our cars aren't designed for an atmospheric blow off valve.
