Default Body shop questions inside (Colorado)

My car was hit in the rear bumper while parked. Thankfully the jackass was so stupid he left his car at the scene, parked on my bumper. The visible damage (gouge and scratch) is small, but noticeable. I am thinking that the whole bumper cover will need re-painting after the small gouge is fixed.
Do you know if repairs on the plastic turn out OK? Anything I should be weary of? Future problems?
What is the best body shop in town (don't care about price or time, his insurance is paying)? AND any point of contact you know or have dealt with would be appreciated.
Thanks again, I need to get my baby back to the PERFECT condition I try so hard to keep!

Default Boulder area

I had repair work done at Arapahoe Body & Paint in Boulder. They did great work on my S4 and definitely know their Audis(there were probably 6 or 7 others they were working on). They also do all the Audi work for Stammler here in Boulder.
