Boston S4s take note: "Nissan will pay victims of NJ headlight thefts" maybe Mass. is next?
"Owners of Nissan Maximas whose headlights were stolen between Dec 2002 and Nov 2003 will share in part of the $325,000 payment the company is making to New Jersey to settle suit."

So just because NJ has a lot of scumbag theives, Nissan pays out?
Seems to me it should be any Maxima owners whos headlights were stolen, regardless of where it happened.

I'm going to be peed off now if MA doesn't follow suit on audi.
as unreasonable as i found that suit to be. guess nissan is settling instead of a long drawn out legal/image nightmare?
