Hmmm...that address (m)
is in the area of Boston University. Maybe he is a student who left for the summer. Also, there are hardly any garages in that area, so he may have the exhaust somewhere else (or in his living room).

he is not a student..i go to bu and have never seen him around, i saw green s4 yesterday in boston(m
with a slightly messed up hood, it was a white guy prob in his 30's driving on mass ave btwn newbury and comm ave heading towards to mass ave bridge. if this is the guy you looking for, then he is in town and just avoiding you
