Default Brake, clucth fluid refill

I had to remove my clutch to line (master to slave cyl) i got it replaced but now i can't refill the system with the fluid.

Is there a special sequence of steps i have to take. I remember reading some where that i have to refill the master cylinder somehow first than pump the clutch?
thanks

Default

You have to bleed the system. You can't just pour fluid in and have it fill up.
