Are the brake pad sensors the same on a MY2000 & 2002? I.e. can I install PBS pads with sensors

on a MY2002 on my MY2000?

Default I think so...the sensor connectors are identical on my B5 Passat (MY 2000) and my '02 S4. Both of
my vehicles have the "D"-shaped connector. As long as the connectors are the same shape, the electrical connections are the same for sure (it's just a circuit that illuminates the warning light when it's open as in when the sensor is unplugged or the actual wear sensor wire bears through and breaks the circuit).

Default Per the EBC catalog I downloaded off their website, all the S4 models w/2.7t engine are identical w/
respect to brake pads (and sensor wire connector shape).
