Default brake pulsing. audi tech: "i don't feel anything". how hard should i push to have it fixed?

they have pulsed since i bought the car 2k ago. i can barely feel it around town. if i brake at 50 MPH+ i can feel it and really feel it at near panic stop.

how hard should i push audi to replace the culprets? i'm planning on doing a 332 BBK in the spring...
i'm pretty sure it's the fronts as i feel it in both the pedal and the wheel.

more pushing will require me to get to the dealer prior to 5pm (prolly not until next week), and taking a drive with the service manager.

just need some opinions. TIA

Have you torqued the wheel bolts to 89 ft-lbs?

Default "customer states brakes vibrate when slowing down from freeway speeds"

You have to use dealer speak.

Default Mine will get a vib after a few weeks, heat em up and it should go away

Follow the bed in process on stoptech's web site. That should do it.

Default i've tried bedding them a few times. i'd always rather not take it in, but it went in for BPV.

thanks for the replies though folks. i'll try a more aggressive bedding regimine

Default Hmm, and that didn't work? Must not have tested at freeway speeds :P

Try:

"customer states brakes feel weak"

Default Also try rotating your tires front to rear. That will bandaid a balance problem as a contributing

factor.
