Default Break-In Period

I am in my second week in my S4. I have put in 1200km and I am curious what is the consensus break in period that most everyone adhered to?

Farther to that question, during the break in period what would be the maximum stress that you would put it through?

Just curious?

1: Drive good for the first 500 miles.

2: Get on it a few times upto 800miles.

3: Take it to the track once it reaches 900 miles.

Is it bad to go over 4k RPM to around 5k RPM a few times (maybe 10 times) while breaking in?

Default I have kept it under 3500 rpm for 900 miles so far. 100 to go!

I'll probably avoid WOT for a while longer though, and NEVER stop the cool down minute.

No. In fact it's good. Break in should vary speed.
