Someone scraped and left a dent in my rear passenger side door when I left my car parked in a store's parking lot. No note, nothing: people just don't give a sh@t in this city. Anyway, it doesn't look that bad, but the dealer wants $850 to fix it. I'd rather not pay that much if it can be avoided.

If no one has a recommendation for a specific shop in NYC, what in general should I look for in a good body shop? I haven't needed to bring in a car for body work in over 15 years.

I just went to Ziggy's in Jersey City.. they did an awesome job on my ride.. give them a try
