Can I lower the boost using Lemmiwinks?

Scenario: 12 hour endurance race. Reliability wins over speed. Would lowering boost using Lemmiwinks work? Or would it sacrifice driveability?

Go do something

Use the MBC instead, worst case you'll run a little rich.

eh.. MBC gives you too much of on/off throttle feeling...

just can't control the wastegate as fast, or as properly as the ecu.

sure, it works. just feels weird in daily driving and when not going WOT.

get an electronic boost controller if you really have to. those are good. greddy profec b or other

DAP@EPL 04-02-2005 06:33 AM

If you put it in parallel and set the MBC threshold below the N75 threshold...

driveability should be the same, but the MBC will limit the maximum boost.
