Can a turbo leak oil out of the houseing? seems like the oil is comming from the compressor houseing

Can a turbo leak oil out of the houseing? seems like the oil is comming from the compressor houseing

the banjo bolts look dry =/ brand new k04/rs6

Yup... JD had that happen on his K04/K16's. Where are they from?
