shop in King of Prussia PA. Too much damage for them to do within the car's value, so a total. But if you need body work done of the best quality, and can afford the time and $$, Karosserie is the ticket.
Cars I saw there, Ferrari 599 (yes), Stradale, couple of 308's, Exige S, a Lambo, one or two Maseratis, and old racing Jag, on and on.
So much eye candy :-)

I don't know about Karosserie...the work they did on Andy's old Avant was meh.
I have no doubt they are capable of some fine work, and the cars that go in and out of there are evidence enough. I just think an Audi going through their shop doesn't get treated with the same attention to detail as the others. Looking at Andy's avant, I would expect that kind of work coming out of a mediocre shop. Attention to detail was not there.
Now what the hell happened to your car??? :-(

Didn't realize they did the work on Andy's Avant - I remember some discussions back then about it
being less than stellar.
Best as I can figure out, snap oversteer on throttle lift = ditch racing. 2nd gear
I'm OK, no airbags deployed, but driver's front rail pushed in, lots of sheet metal bent/warped, front and rear bumpers torn up, dent in trunk lid, pass headlight torn out, driver's fog and IC shroud torn out. :-(

might as well buy a cheap high mileage car and swap motors. toss the high mile one in the crashed 1
or, if his has a lot of milees... then find a mint car and go the other way. tranfer the turbos, etc. to it.

Some of both, depends on what I end up getting.
Basic idea - pull my motor, finish the work (rostens, 2.8 heads, RS4 intake cams maybe, freshen it up with new main bearings, etc.), then put it into a little newer one (like with ESP), then finish with custom tune.
Kind of depends on what I end up with. Folks have been offering up S3- cars.
But I need to start with getting a daily driver to get to work with while my motor is getting built.
