I'm needing to get rid of my 2000 S4 Tip with 47k miles. I'm sort of in a time crunch as I'm moving shortly. There's a few Carmax's in the Dallas area. One offered me $20,000, but I was curious if I took it to another Carmax could I do any better. When a friend of mine took a car to Carmax about 5 years back the sales person mentioned he could try and get a quote from another Carmax as their systems weren't linked. Is this still the case? Has anyone tried this. Thanks
