Check Engine Light came on this weekend. Took car the dealership(Beechmont Audi in Cinci) today..
Service Tech said car is running too rich. I run 93 Octane all the time. Tech said that Audi is recommending running mid-octane fuels now. Said to try 89 octane? Anyone else received this info? I've always thought 89 Octane was too low.

Too rich? Odd... ask them what DTCs they were, exactly...
there was a typo in one of the manuals, I think I recall, that incorrectly labled a lean code as rich. (DOH!)
Running 89 octane is fine - if you like a slow car!!
It's your dealer's way of avoiding the problem :-P

Yeah, actually...
I have family in Lexington and Shelbyville (well, Bagdad).
