IMHO, blue is rice. The white is nice.
I have Tantrumwerks white bulbs. They're a good match, assuming you still use OEM ballast and bulbs. They'll be too white to match Stage III lighting though. Regardless, I'd probably still get white. Tantrumwerks' blue bulbs are seriously blue.
