Cleaning the MAF...? other stuff to do @ 98,000 miles

is the recomended?
i have like 98,ooo miles now, i feel it is preooly time for syuf like this...
could it be bad and I not throw any codes or anything?

how about o2 censors....
i would think it is time for these also...

any opinions would be great
