I posted a couple things before regarding my S4 clutch problems and the poor way I was treated especially by my dealer.Yesterday I received a ruling from the arbitration panel and skipping all the bull.... parts it read word for word.

"I am persuaded by the consumers evidence that there was no abnormal use of the clutch (confirmed by the technical inspection), that the inadequacy of the clutch provided for this vehicle by the manufacturer is the cause of its failure...

I, therefore, order that the manufacturer refund to the consumer... the cost of the repairs and car rental charge."

Audi were such jerks about it that they actually tried to shoot down the CAA inspector.The inspector felt strongly that the clutch is completely inadequate for the vehicle and this is not the first time that it happened
